How partners can
be involved

Being part of HOPE Whyalla means connecting, sharing and working together for our community. There are lots of ways to be involved, you can join in as much or as little as you can.

Partner Workshops: Every two months we hold workshops where partners come together to share ideas, review data, learn new skills and plan local action.

Action Groups: Partners can join smaller groups that focus on specific community priorities or projects. These groups help turn ideas into action.

Community Events: Each March we hold our annual HOPE Day community event that celebrates local strengths and brings everyone together at Norton Park,

Volunteering: At the HOPE Hub cafe on a Tuesday during the school term or at the Orchard community garden.

Listening Posts: We host four Listening Posts throughout the year to hear directly from the community and learn what matters most.

Other Activities: Extra projects, pop ups and gatherings may happen during the year in response to community needs and

Your ideas, effort, and presence all help shape the direction of HOPE Whyalla and keep it grounded in the hopes and needs of our community.
